I am a young professional with a background in International Management. In 2012 I was introduced to meditation and since have been practicing it regularly to reduce stress and anxiety and to increase confidence. Combining my personal interest with the business world, I wrote my Bachelor thesis about "Meditation as a tool for stress management". Extending my research about meditation, I travelled to India, where I got to know inspiring meditation teachers and started studying the human mind and the nature of change. I am currently working on setting up a business offering workshops and retreats about Meditation, Self-Discovery as well as Self-Mastery. In addition to that I am now developing an outline for my first book.
